• Material Traceability: All raw materials (SS304, MS, PVC, etc.) are sourced with proper mill test certificates (MTCs) and batch records.

• Welding & Fabrication Standards: We adhere to ASME Section VIII and IS 2825 for pressure vessels. Welds are tested using NDT methods like RT, UT, or DP as per criticality.

• In-Process Checks: Dimensional inspections, leak tests, torque settings, and fitment validations at each critical stage.

• Final Inspection: 100% hydro-testing and visual inspection before dispatch. Third-party inspection (TPI) included where required.

• Explosion-Proof Zones: Equipment designed for safe operation in hazardous areas as per IECEx and ATEX guidelines.

• Flameproof Electricals: All sensors, valves, and analyzers located in hazardous zones are certified flameproof or housed in blast-proof enclosures.

• Pressure Safety: All vessels fitted with appropriate safety relief valves, pressure gauges, and redundant control systems.

• Fail-Safe PLC Logic: Our automation systems are built on reliable PLC/SCADA with analog redundancy, alarm logging, and emergency shutdown protocols.

• Sensor Calibration: Regular calibration and validation of all flow meters, RTDs, pressure transmitters, and gas analyzers.

• Remote Monitoring: Encrypted cloud-based dashboards for plant performance tracking and alert notifications.

• QAP + ITP Implementation: Every project follows a documented Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP), customized per client requirements.

• Compliance Ready: We ensure readiness for audits and certifications by PESO, CPCB, ISO 9001, and other regulatory bodies.\

• Every project follows a detailed QAP and ITP customized to project needs.

 

• Third-Party Inspection (TPI) is carried out by reputed certifying bodies including CEIL, Lloyd's Register (LRIS), Bureau Veritas (BV), TUV, and DNV, ensuring unbiased quality validation.

• Feedback Loop: Real-time issue tracking, client feedback integration, and post-commissioning evaluations.
